SHIPPING POLICY
Production & Processing Time
Each MVRGE art piece is produced individually and undergoes a multi-step quality process, including high-definition metallic printing, aluminum framing, and a hand-poured resin finish.
Because of this, please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Method
All artworks are shipped using premium, fully insured freight or specialty art carriers to ensure safe delivery.
Your 60x40 inch piece is securely packaged with:

foam cushioning
-
double-reinforced boxing
-
“Fragile – Fine Art” labeling

full shipment insurance
Shipping Cost
Due to the size (60x40 inches) and weight (approx. 20 lbs), shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

carrier availability

insurance coverage
We always aim to secure the safest and most cost-efficient option.
Tracking
Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details.
Because these are freight-level shipments, tracking updates may appear slower than standard packages — this is normal.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged:

Document the damage immediately (photos + video of packaging and print).

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will open an insurance claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
We cannot accept damage claims submitted after 48 hours, as carriers will not honor them.
RETURN POLICY
Because each MVRGE art print is made to order, hand-finished, and part of a limited fine-art production, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has begun production.
This policy is standard for fine-art galleries and protects the integrity and value of each piece.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special edition orders

Any piece that has been produced, shipped, or delivered
All sales are final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started yet.
After that window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Exceptions
We will replace or remake a piece only if:

it arrives damaged
-
the wrong item was delivered
-
the frame or resin finish has manufacturer defects
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
